• vaccination status where relevant to the provision of cleaning services
• police check and background screening results.

The purposes for which we collect personal information include:

• to provide our cleaning placement service and match you with suitable Clients or Contractors
• to collect information from cleaning contractors who provide services through the Ousie platform
• to verify your identity, work rights and suitability through background checks and screening
• to process payments and manage financial transactions on the platform
• to communicate with you about your bookings, account and platform activity
• to provide you with information online, including where you have opted in to receive newsletters, updates and service offers
• to notify and keep you informed of events, services and current developments
• for recruitment purposes, including expressions of interest in working with or for Ousie
• for internal administration, management, analytics and platform improvement
• to record vaccination status where relevant to cleaning contract services.

If we are unable to collect the necessary personal information from you, we may be unable to properly provide our services to you, or the nature and extent of those services may be limited.

For example, we may not be able to verify your identity, process your booking, allocate a cleaning contractor or facilitate payment.

Ousie will use the personal information collected for the activities outlined in this statement and in our Privacy Policy. You should be aware that:

• we may share your personal information with third parties where necessary to provide our services (e.g. payment processors, identity verification providers, background check agencies)
• we will not sell your personal information without your written consent and only where permitted by law
• we may disclose your personal information as required or authorised by law
• we may store, process or back up your personal information on computer servers or networks which are located overseas or in "the cloud"
• we take reasonable steps to ensure the security of your personal information — those steps are detailed in our Privacy Policy
• you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you at any time
• our Privacy Policy contains information about how to make a complaint about our handling of your personal information and how we will deal with such a complaint
• we will dispose of or destroy your information within a reasonable time of it no longer being required for the provision of our services.
