- Global Data facilitates the verification request with the relevant Australian Government authority via the DVS system.

- Ousie may retain the verification result and associated transaction reference number for security, compliance and audit purposes.
Global Data acts solely as a verification gateway provider and processes identity information only for the purpose of performing document verification.
6.Work Entitlement Checks (VEVO)
Where required, Ousie may verify an individual's entitlement to work in Australia using the Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) system or other authorised systems.
These checks may apply to employees, contractors or service providers.
7.Background and Screening Checks
Where relevant and permitted by law, Ousie may conduct background checks including:
